Outside of work, I write about defense acquisition, military innovation, geopolitics, sound money, and the historical roots of liberty in the Americas. My writing has appeared in outlets including Forbes, Fox News, The Hill, Seapower Magazine, and Proceedings. I studied international affairs at GWU and earned a master’s in history at Georgetown.
